145. Christmas Eve.

It was 6.30am when the alarm clock rang. Lazily, I woke up and cleaned my room, something which I should have done first week of December! Headed towards showers after that and off I went with darling for breakfast soon after that.

The plan was to go shopping for the little party tonight. I met Mui Foon and Hui Fang at Hua Ho Manggis and we got ourself a huge trolley but was only filled with six small items. haha. Anyway, we were planning to make sushi and potato salad. Only, we ended up eating the sushi we made! haha, well… they did. I didn’t. Although I think I should have. haha. I was busy trying to figure out how to decorate the place. The party was planned just for the kids (our cute neighours) so it shouldn’t be all too complicated and yet lively enough! By 3pm – the christmas tree was still naked.

Anyway, the two darlings (Foon and Fang) stayed longer till 8.30pm and went home after that. [P.s: I don't know whether you girlies are reading this, but thank you very much for coming over and help make sushi and the salad!! they were very yummy!]. We spent most of our time watching the kids play while the four of us (darling,me, foon, fang,) just sit and sip on some coke or red wine. No, it wasn’t a big party.

Dad had some friends over and they were barbequeing the whole night. Dad’s lamb chop was yummy! I was pretty stuffed by the time I hit the bed at 2Am. I can’t really say that the party was a success. It was for the kids but for my part, I think the party was not lively enough for the three guests that I had with me. *gonk*

That was my Christmas eve. A little lamb chop, a little sushi, a little DDR, a little Guitar Hero, a little of all, it made me happy. and exhausted.
